PFPanda provides a searchable gallery of profile pictures for personal, non-commercial use as avatars and similar display purposes, unless a specific image or rights holder indicates otherwise.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

When you create an account (e.g. via Google sign-in), you are responsible for activity under that account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deletion is permanent and removes your account data subject to our Privacy Policy.

By uploading content you represent that:

• You own the content or have permission to share it;
• The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
• The content is not illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or malware;
• You grant PFPanda a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute the upload on the Service.

We may remove content, reject uploads, or suspend accounts that violate these terms or receive valid legal complaints.

You may not:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass others;
• Scrape or bulk-download the catalog in a way that harms the Service;
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls;
• Upload content you do not have rights to distribute;
• Impersonate PFPanda or misrepresent affiliation with rights holders.

PFPanda branding, site design, and original materials are owned by PFPanda. Individual images remain the property of their respective creators or licensors. If you believe content infringes your rights, see our DMCA policy.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of metadata, or that every image is free of third-party claims.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PFPanda and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any downloaded content.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be noted on the site.
