DMCA & Copyright Policy

PFPanda respects intellectual property rights. We respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws where applicable.

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include substantially the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name in an email is acceptable).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
3. Identification of the material on PFPanda that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g. direct URL to the image page on pfpanda.com).
4. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

When we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the identified material and notify the uploader when applicable. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

We reserve the right to remove content that clearly violates copyright even without a formal DMCA notice when we become aware of it.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to [email protected] including:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the removed material and its location before removal;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification;
• Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or if outside the U.S., any district where PFPanda may be found);
• Consent to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

We may restore the material in accordance with DMCA timelines unless the original complainant files a court action.

Knowingly submitting a false takedown notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
