PFPanda (“we”, “us”) operates pfpanda.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and your choices.
2. Information we collect
Account data (Google sign-in). If you sign in with Google, we receive information Google shares with us, such as your name, email address, and profile picture, to create and maintain your account.
Uploads. If you upload images, we store the file, title, description, tags, and link them to your account.
Usage data. We may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security, debugging, and aggregate analytics.
Cookies & sessions. We use session cookies to keep you signed in. Essential cookies are required for authentication.
3. How we use information
- Provide and improve the gallery, search, and upload features;
- Authenticate users and manage accounts;
- Moderate uploads and respond to abuse or legal requests;
- Protect the Service against fraud, spam, and security incidents;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-party services
Google. Sign-in is handled by Google under Google's privacy policy. We only receive the profile data needed for your account.
Hosting & storage. Site data and images are stored on infrastructure we operate or contract with (e.g. database, object storage, CDN). These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the Service.
5. Retention
We keep account information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your user record, sessions, and linked OAuth accounts. Uploaded images may remain in the gallery but are unlinked from your account.
Server logs and backups may be retained for a limited period for security and disaster recovery.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you. You can delete your account from your profile page or contact us below.
7. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. International users
If you access the Service from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
